Tall Ships is a delightful, bright and airy cottage, overlooking a newly constructed garden
with Victorian Villa, lawns, herbaceous and shrub borders.
There are newly planted rare trees, including some rare Magnolias, Camellias and Hydrangeas
and the owners Nick & Brenda, are very happy for you to
sit and relax in this beautiful garden.......

The cottage itself has been newly refurbished for a real home from home feel.....
it has a comfy leather suite to sit and relax with a book, or make use of the colour tv with 30 channels and vhs/dvd player with a selection of popular films available for our guests use.

There is a comfortable double bed, three wardrobes and lots of drawer space provided.....
additionally there are two washbasins each containing heated towel rails
and a shower with plenty of hot water always available.

To make your stay a little more comfortable, the cottage is fully carpeted throughout
and has its own central heating which can be controlled by yourselves,
to ensure you feel warm and comfortable at all times....
There are provisions for guests to make their own coffee and tea
and a small cooler for soft drinks, wine etc......
We have also included an iron, ironing board and hair dryer ....

To make your stay even more memorable and personal,
we serve breakfast in your cottage, at your own dining table and chairs,
at a time to suit yourselves between 7- 9 am, or earlier,
if you are an early bird wishing to make the most of your day......

We also have two bicycles for our guests to use, if you wish to try one of the numerous cycle trails very close to our cottage.....

Getting to Tall Ships without a car is no problem.....
St Austell station is on the main rail route and is five minutes car journey from Tall Ships...
There is a regular bus service from the station to Charlestown, or given prior notice we are
very happy to pick you up.

St Austell is on the main 'National' bus route and runs a regular service from London,
Bristol and Plymouth.
The bus stop is adjacent to the railway station.

There is also a good air service to Newquay Airport, which is just a 20 minute car journey away.
There are services from Stanstead, Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow.
Additionally from the Scilly Isles which operates by the Air Bus....
