Tall Ships is a delightful self contained Cottage with Bed & Breakfast......and was awarded a "5 star rating" by the Quality in Tourism in 2006....
The Cottage is set in the grounds of "Tall Ships", a newly constructed house, surrounded by 19th century walls on three sides and an Oak woodland on the fourth,
in the beautiful harbourside village of Charlestown, only 500 meters from Charlestown Bay and Harbour
The cottage overlooks a newly constructed garden, with a Victorian Villa, some rare shrubs and trees with lawn and herbaceous borders.... The garden and surrounding Oak woodlands, is home to many species of unusual and rare birds, and we are lucky enough to see Nuthatches, Blackcaps & Linnets on a daily basis and resident Buzzards flying overhead on most days.... a bird watchers paradise......
Although "Tall Ships" is situated in the heart of Charlestown, it is off the main street and affords complete quiet and privacy.

Tall Ships is central to most attractions in Cornwall and is only five minutes drive from Heligan, Eden and Lanhydrock..... Charlestown is also situated on the coastal footpath and being on a good public transport route, is ideal with guests wishing to use public transport for their return trip.... There are of course many other lovely walks around Charlestown, including the Luxulyan Valley and various walks through the Clay Country around St Austell.....
